Registered Physiotherapist,
Pelvic Floor PT
Yagni is a dedicated healthcare professional who has been providing outstanding care since 2018 in various settings both in Canada and abroad. Her primary focus is identifying the root cause of injuries and administering treatments to achieve long-term relief for
clients. She is committed to fostering open and honest relationships with clients, guiding them through challenges, and motivating them to achieve their goals. Yagni believes in continually pursuing knowledge and personal growth, eagerly embracing opportunities to learn and evolve each day.
Yagni's areas of expertise include Musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative conditions, muscle and joint pain and sports injuries. Additionally, Yagni provides effective treatments for women facing a range of conditions, with a particular interest in pelvic floor therapy. She is especially passionate about supporting women during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Her compassionate approach extends to effectively treating conditions such as incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and women experiencing pain in intercourse.
Outside of work, Yagni enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring new culinary experiences at restaurants.

Nihama received her bachelor of physiotherapy degree from Gujarat University, India. She continued her education by completing her Health Wellness and Fitness Diploma at Mohawk College, Hamilton. To complement her manual therapy skills, she did an Integrated Dry Needling certification course. In addition to her clinical practice, Nihama mentors internationally graduated physiotherapists to obtain a PT License in Canada.
Since becoming a mother, Nihama has developed a keen interest in Women’s Health. She has also completed her training in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy through Pelvic Health Solutions. She enjoys educating women about prenatal and postnatal conditions including pelvic/low back pain, diastasis rectus, incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse, and providing pelvic treatment and strategies for a safe return to daily activity and exercise.
Nihama has an impressive background in physiotherapy and specializes in Women's Health, with expertise in pelvic floor therapy, manual therapy, and dry needling.
In her spare time, Niha enjoys travelling with her daughter and her husband. Niha is also a big Nature lover, and enjoys sunshine and beach 🏖.

Registered Massage Therapist
Parth has completed his study at the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy. Along with CMTO, he is also an active member of RMTAO. Previously, he graduated from Mohawk College, Hamilton, ON, where he received his Health, Wellness & Fitness diploma.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy from India and gained experience in cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation, musculoskeletal treatments, and post-stroke rehab. Throughout his career, he has been working with multiple organizations including St. Joseph’s Health Care Hamilton, Local Health Integration Network (VON CANADA) & Lifemark Seniors Wellness where he achieved extensive knowledge for hands-on therapy, Stretching, Strengthening, Pain Management, falls prevention, Geriatric Care, & arthritis care. He also served in the Canadian Red Cross as an Instructor for First Aid & CPR.
As a Massage Therapist, he has vast knowledge of various muscle relaxation techniques, deep myofascial techniques, advanced techniques, trigger point techniques, friction techniques & prenatal/postnatal massage therapy. He is also certified for Fusion Head Massage, Self-Myofascial Release for Therapists & Patients, & Palliative Care Techniques.
In his free time, he loves to listen to music, play 8-ball pool & of course, amuse himself on Instagram & Snapchat.

Erika graduated from Brock University in 2018 with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology. Erika's passion for helping others feel their best stems from her childhood as a competitive Irish dancer. Her warm and welcoming nature makes her a fantastic addition to our team. She will be the friendly face behind the desk when you arrive for your appointment!
